He is the CEO (Plasticisers Division) in Kutch Chemical Industries Limited with an experience of 14 years in International Business & Operational Activities in Chemicals Manufacturing. Kutch Chemical Industry Ltd (KCIL) is handling a volume of 400 000 Tons /Year & doubling the volume by
3rd quarter to a level of 700 000 ton/year.

Vineet Mittal is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant by educational qualifications and PGDBM in Entrepreneurship from SPJIMR Mumbai (One of Top 10 B-school Of India) having experiences in various fields i.e. polyester film, construction material, textile and renewable energy sector (solar power). He is the Promoter & Director in Navitas Solar; key person in building strategies; developing relationship; branding promotion; team building & developing sales (nationally & internationally). Navitas Solar is the manufacturer of the state-of-the- art mono/multi crystalline solar photovoltaic (PV) modules which supply sustainable solar electric power to both on-grid and off-grid residential, commercial as well as industrial establishments. Sunay Shah is a B.E. ELECTRICAL & PGDBM in Entrepreneurship from SPJIMR Mumbai (One of Top 10 B-school Of India). He is the Director of Operation in Mahati Industries Pvt ltd. Mahati is a power sector based company having active interest in the verticals such as – 1) Manufacturing of Furnace and special duty transformers, 2) Repair/ Refurbish/ Overhaul and Re-rating of transformers up to 315 MVA, 400 KV class, 3) Turnkey contracts of Hydro Power projects, 4) EPC of Switchyards up
to 400 KV (including GIS). The customer base of the company is spread across 4 continents in about 20 countries that include few Indian names like L&T, Tata, Bajaj, Mahindra, Jindal, Bharat Forge, Abencor, Siemens Gamesa, Kudankulam nuclear Power project, BHEL, NTPC, NHPC, several electricity boards and other esteemed private and government organizations. Rajat Poddar is the youngest member of the team. A Chartered Accountant by qualification & In- charge of operations for CMG LLP, he is the promoter of Roltonn and is responsible for its financial affairs and investment plans for growth of the organization. He has a big role in the company for having doubled the manufacturing capacity in a short span of 3 years. Roltonn Packaging Solutions provides packaging solutions to MNCs and corporates for finished goods transportation and handling. India corrugated box industry grew from at a CAGR of 23.3% in terms of revenue. With a commerce background and an interest to explore new business ideas, Rajat has a strong presence in packaging, textiles and paper sector. With 3 operational ventures in 2 years, he has all the traits of a serial entrepreneur.

Puneet Mittal is the promoter of Magicrete Building solutions (www.magicrete.in). Being a Charted Accountant by educational qualification & experienced professional in precast industry with an experience of 10 years, he is the main pillar of the organisation. He handles the operational as well as financials of Magicrete which has a capacity of 800, 000 CBM/Annum (60, 000 full truck loads/annum) equivalent to walling requirement of 1000 high rise building. Adding to this, he is an ERP experienced and analytical entrepreneur. Engaged as a start-up investor in textile, solar, etc; he is also a mentor in Startup Incubation Centre. Talking about his hobbies, he keeps a strong interest in reading and likes to be updated with new technologies.

Piyush Shah is the founder of a media production house named Bandish Studios
(www.bandishstudios.com). Being B.E. in computer by profession, he pursued post graduation from the reputed Film and television Institute of India (FTII). Bandish Studios undertakes production and post production services like Scripting, Editing, Dubbing, Sound Design, Foley, Mixing, VFX, Color
Corrections, subtitling at its 3 state of the art studio facilities in Pune. With a talented creative team of artists and film technicians, Bandish has catered to over 15+ Feature films, 50+ short films, corporate videos and TV advertisements in a short span of time. Several of these works have won several international and national awards and accolades. Piyush and other crew members of Bandish too have received several reputed awards for their individual work.
